Residential security consultation.  This includes an in-depth study of your
home’s current security situation.  The consultant will examine both exterior
and interior security needs.  We give your home an 80 point inspection to
reveal security weaknesses.  Included in your security report is a copy of our
residential property inventory form.  We are willing to work with the homeowner
or their contractor to fix the weaknesses.

Basic residential inventory.  We will video tape your valuables in your
home. This is complete with a narration of the item listing size, model/ serial
number (when applicable) and your estimated value. The tape will then be
placed onto a DVD.  You will receive two copies of the DVD.  We will also
provide you with a ledger of the items documented.

Standard residential inventory.   We will digitally photograph your valuables
in your home.  These photographs will depict the items size, and model
number/ serial number when applicable.   These photographs will be placed
onto a CD. You will be presented will two copies of the CD.

Deluxe residential inventory. Giving you the best of both packages, we will
video tape and digitally photograph your valuables in your home.  You will be
presented with two copies of each AND a ledger of your valuables.

These services are not limited to helping protect you through loss due to theft.  
Proper documentation of the valuables in your home will help you make
accurate claims in case of fire or a natural disaster.  Don't settle for less, you
may have more valuables in your home than you think.
